Before your visit
Never top up old solution in your lens case. Use fresh solution for each care cycle and never store lenses in water. Close the bottle without touching its tip. Check the expiry date, storage requirements and the period for use after opening on the product label.
Read the solution label carefully
Look for compatible lens types, the required care steps and how long the product may be used after opening. Consider how quickly you use solution when choosing a bottle size. The expiry date and the permitted period after opening are different information. Do not change products merely because the bottle or cap looks familiar: similar packaging can belong to different care systems.
Prepare for lens care while travelling
